Ingledale Therapy Centre is located south of the M25 between junctions 5 & 6. Take the A25 due east from Godstone towards Westerham for approximately 4 miles. Arriving into Oxted (underneath the overhead railway bridge) turn right at the first traffic lights into Woodhurst Lane. Continue for 1 mile and take the first right turn into Tanhouse Lane. Ingledale Therapy Centre is located almost immediately on your left.
 

Calendula officinalis (marigold)
A beautiful garden flower reflecting the energies of the sun. it was traditionally used as a comforter of the heart and spirits!. Today we use calendula topically on cuts, and abrasions, and irritated skin, offering anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, and will staunch bleeding.
